FLY SB2040 is a nozzle tool board for the VORON Stealthburber printhead. It integrates a CAN transceiver, USB port, TMC2209 driver, ADXL345 acceleration sensor, two controllable fans and other functional tool boards. This toolboard is for Klipper firmware.
Onboard TMC2209 driver, using UART mode, can be used for extruders
Onboard ADXL345 acceleration sensor
Supports leveling sensors such as BLTOUCH and PL08N, and integrates XY limit switches
Support 12-24V voltage input
MCU: Raspberry Pi rp2040, Dual core ARM Cortex-M0+@133MHz
Added support for 4.7K resistor (for ntc thermistor) or 1K resistor (for PT1000) switching
The can interface uses XT30 (2+2), supports 15A current, peak value 30A
Add onboard NTC100k resistor for measuring warehouse temperature
Add INT1 and INT2 of ADXL345 to be connected to MCU for individual users to use for leveling.
Support high voltage input limit
A 3-meter CAN connection cable is provided to avoid the problem of signal loss caused by users’ inability to press the terminals correctly.
Support 2/3/4 line fans
Split design, Stealthburner is easy to disassemble
Compatible with Hartk's Stealthburner Toolhead Board (the fan board does not need to be replaced)
