GT2 Belt Tension Meter hardware kit - by PF Makes

This is a complete Hardware Kit for building the amazing 3D printer Belt Tension Meter by PF Makes.  All you need is to print the STL parts and assemble/calibrate the tension meter.

3D-printed tension meter is designed to measure belt deflection to determine belt tension for Gates 6mm and 9mm GT2 belts. The goal is to eliminate the need for phone apps that use frequency to determine tension and to provide an easily quantifiable and repeatable number to use when tensioning belts on a 3D printer.

Included in the kit:

1 x BOM spec. 50mm compression spring (20 active coils)

1 x Precut and deburred tempered calibration wire (original K&S Precision Metals 5501 Music Wire)

1 x M3x25 SHCS screw

1 x M3x6 BHCS screw

1 x M3x8 stainless steel washer

2 x M2x10 self tapping screws

1 x 3mm drill bit

1 x Cotton swab w/chamfered end for applying grease
